operations consulting and quality improvement.
In addition to her duties as editor of Consulting Today, Paula is an active
consultant and management coach. Paula holds a Master's in Organization Development from Pepperdine University.

Douglas D. Griffin
--
has held technical, management, and
consulting
positions with a large technology firm. In addition to his work with
Consulting Today, Doug is an operations consultant in process
industries, manufacturing, education, and government. Doug holds advanced degrees in Physics, Operations Research, and Business.

Paula began consulting in the early 1980's. After a number of years in
technology management, Doug began his consulting career in the early 1990's.
